PATIENT PORTAL

  • To Sign up as a patient, open the URL: https://www.healthcarepakistan.pk
  • Click on the Book an Appointment button.
  • Fill the form and click on the sign up button.
  • Congratulations! You are registered as patient in Healthcare Pakistan.
  • Click on the login button.
  • Enter your email address, password and click on the login button.
  • Enter your email address, password and click on the login button.

In Dashboard, the User can see the upcoming appointments and can create new appointments. Dashboard comprises of the following:

  • Upcoming Appointments.
  • Recent History.
  • Previous Investigations & Procedures.
  • Current Medication.
  • Diagnosis.
  • Document Reviews.
  • Login to the patient portal.
  • Click on the Profile tab and then click on Edit Profile tab.
  • Update the form and click on the Save changes button.
  • Congratulations! You profile will be updated.
  • Login to the patient portal.
  • Click on the Profile tab and then click on Edit Profile tab.
  • Click on the Change Avatar button and then click on the Select Image button.
  • Select the file and click on the Submit button.
  • Congratulations! You profile picture will be updated.
  • Login to the patient portal.
  • A patient can make an appointment by clicking on Make an Appointment Button.
  • Search and select the practitioner by name, place or specialty.
  • Click on the select button and choose date from the calendar.
  • Select the time slot for appointment and click on the Confirm button.
  • Click on the check box at reCaptcha (I’m not a robot).
  • Select Payment option.
  • If Jazz Cash/Debit Card/Credit Card is selected, click on the pay now button.
  • The system will fetch your transaction details.
  • Select payment method from the dropdown menu (Credit Card/Debit Card, Mobile Account or Voucher Payment).
  • If Credit Card selected, enter Card no, CVV, Mobile No, Expiry Date and click on the Pay button.
  • Congratulations! You appointment has been booked.
  • If Mobile Account is selected, enter mobile account no and last six digits of your CNIC.
  • Click on the pay button. Congratulations! You appointment has been booked.
  • If Voucher Payment is selected, enter mobile no and click on the pay button.
  • Congratulations! You appointment has been booked.
  • If Online Bank Transfer is selected, click on the pay now button.
  • Select Bank from the dropdown menu (Askari Bank or Faysal Bank).
  • Attach payment proof and click on the Proceed button.
  • Congratulations! You appointment has been booked.
  • Login to the patient portal.
  • Click on the Dashboard tab.
  • Appointment booked will be appearing under Upcoming Appointments box.
  • Click on the Reschedule button.
  • Select the time slot for appointment and click on the Confirm button.
  • Click on the check box at reCaptcha (I’m not a robot).
  • Upload file(s) if any.
  • Congratulations! You appointment has been rescheduled.
  • Login to the patient portal.
  • Click on the Dashboard tab.
  • Appointment booked will be appearing under Upcoming Appointments box.
  • Click on the Cancel button.
  • Congratulations! You appointment has been cancelled.

In documents, the user can upload documents related to its medical history and can also see documents updated by the consultants.

  • Click on the Documents button.
  • A user can add folders by clicking on the Add folder button under patient chart.
  • By clicking on add folder button, a form will pop up.
  • Enter the folder name and click on the save changes button.
  • A message will pop up as below in the image.
  • Added folder will appear under patient chart. The user can upload related files in this folder.
  • A user can upload a file by clicking on the Upload File button under patient chart.
  • By clicking on add folder button, a form will pop up.
  • Select the folder >> Select file from the system.
  • Give remarks and click on the save changes button.
  • The user can view the uploaded file in the related folder.

The user will be able to change password of the account.

  • To change the password, click on the Change password link in the side bar menu.
  • Change Password form will appear at UI.
  • Enter New Password and Confirm Password.
  • Click on the SAVE CHANGES button.
  • A message will be displayed on UI as shown in below image:
  • Click on the OK button.
  • Congratulations! The password is updated.
  • To logout from the portal, click on the logout link in the side menu.
